About Us
Persium, formerly known as White Horse, is an independently owned and operated firm that was founded in 2004. In 2010, White Horse Advisors, LLC registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser, allowing us to operate in a product neutral, fee-only environment. Our specialized advisory team serves nearly 150 clients across the U.S., and our investment advisory arm manages approximately $436.5 million in client assets where we make all of the investment decisions. In addition, we provide consulting advice for approximately $765.6 million in pension assets.* The Persium staff is comprised of experienced professionals with numerous industry accreditations including CFA®, CPA, CFP™.
For our business owner clients, we are passionate about helping guide them on the path towards financial freedom. Our proprietary O2I framework addresses the special challenges owners face as they transition from business ownership to investing outside their companies.
With our retirement plan clients, we work with plan committees to make sound investment decisions, stay ahead of the compliance and regulatory curve, and facilitate positive outcomes for participants.
For our individual clients, we apply institutional discipline and resources to help clients reduce risk, select and monitor investment portfolios, and help meet their long-term financial objectives.

The root of Persium is “PER”—three letters that have big meaning for us. PER is the root of persistent, perceptive, and personal—words that pretty much describe us. We are persistent in our commitment to serve our clients well, never wavering from our values. We’re perceptive to your needs, understanding that everyone’s goals are unique. And we believe in the importance of personal relationships to our mutual success. The suffix “IUM” is Latin for the setting where a given activity is carried out (such as auditorium, podium, stadium, etc.). Put this together as Persium: The place where clients experience our persistent, perceptive, personal approach to business.
