Business Continuity Plan Summary

Persium Advisors, LLC (“Persium” or “the Firm”) has developed a Business Continuity Plan (“BCP”) to address how we will respond to events that significantly disrupt our business. The Firm recognizes the importance of being prepared for uncontrollable events, and we are committed to minimizing interruption of services through our BCP if there is a Significant Business Disruption (“SBD”). With that in mind, we are providing you with this information on our Business Continuity Plan.

Contacting Us – If, after a significant business disruption, you cannot contact us either at 678-322-3000 or at your relationship manager’s phone number, you should contact Charles Schwab (account custodian) directly at 800-435-4000 (www.schwab.com), identifying yourself as a client of Persium Advisors, LLC, for instructions on how they may provide prompt access to funds and securities, enter orders and process other trade-related, cash and security transfer transactions. Clients selecting other custodians should contact those custodians directly.

Our Business Continuity Plan – We plan to quickly recover and resume business operations after a SBD and respond by safeguarding our employees and property, making a financial and operational assessment, protecting the firm’s books and records, and allowing our clients to transact business. In short, the Firm’s BCP is designed to permit us to resume operations as quickly as possible, given the scope and severity of the SBD.

The BCP addresses: data back-up and recovery; mission critical systems; financial and operational assessments; alternative communications with clients, employees, and regulators; alternate physical location of employees; regulatory reporting; and continuation of client services as circumstances permit.

Persium has functional offsite abilities providing an alternative which can reasonably operate under an SBD. Persium’s electronic records, as well as those of its custodial firm, are backed up on a periodic basis and stored electronically.

Business Disruptions – Should a SBD occur, the Firm will immediately initiate our BCP. Significant business disruptions could include those only affecting the Firm or wide-scale disruptions that affect a larger area or region.  In either situation, we plan to establish communications with our clients as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise notified, clients may continue to contact us via telephone at 678-322-3000 or contact their selected account custodian.

While no contingency plan can eliminate all risk of service interruption, Persium will continue to evaluate its BCP and take any appropriate actions to ensure that our resilience strategy minimizes the impact of any SBD and facilitates service continuity.
