Alison began her career with Persium in 2013 by providing operational support and coordinating client services. Since joining Persium, her roles and responsibilities have continued to evolve. In her current role as Director of Operations, Alison optimizes organizational efficiency, leads change management initiatives, and aligns operational processes with Persium’s overarching business goals. She also serves as a member of the Persium leadership team, collaborating closely with the owners to develop and implement comprehensive, long-term strategic solutions.
Alison graduated from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, with a Bachelor of Arts in the Study of Women and Gender. While pursuing her degree, she also attended the Danish Institute for Study Abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark and later worked at a prominent national hotline in Washington, D.C., where she gained valuable experience in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
Alison grew up in the northern suburbs of metro Atlanta and currently lives in the city with her partner. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, equitation, exploring Atlanta’s vibrant arts and culture scene, and spending time with friends and family.
